**Location**

Remote position open to countries in Latin-American (Colombia, Costa Rica, Peru, Chile, Mexico, etc.)

You’ll be the bridge between vision and execution — translating high-level direction into structured, trackable workflows the team can deliver on.

**What You’ll Own**

- Turning strategic marketing direction into actionable project plans with clear timelines and deliverables.

- Building repeatable systems and templates using tools like Coda, Click Up, Notion, or similar platforms.

- Owning the workflow: from idea to execution, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

- Leading cross-functional coordination across content, design, and teams.

- Setting up communication flows and operational systems that help the team move faster, smarter.

- Problem-solving and adapting on the fly — bringing new ideas, structures, and approaches to each challenge.

- Actively contributing to a culture of learning, curiosity, innovation, and systems thinking.

- Using AI tools, automation, and video tools to support execution (training will be provided as needed).

- Familiarity or willingness to learn AI tools, automation platforms, and simple video creation tools
- Strong written and verbal communication in **both Spanish and English (advanced level)**

**Experience That Helps**

- 3+ years in project coordination, marketing operations, or similar roles
- Proven ability to manage projects from planning to delivery
- Experience building workflows, systems, or processes from scratch
- No need for a specific degree — we value experience, mindset, and output
