As a** Logistics Customer Service**, **s**ome of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Track & Tracing: Monitor shipments in real-time to ensure timely pickup and delivery, proactively addressing delays or issues.
- Dispatch: Assign and coordinate loads with carriers, ensuring efficient routing and adherence to schedules.
- Carrier Sales & Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, negotiate competitive rates, and expand the carrier network to support business growth.
- Customer Service & Helpdesk: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely updates, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Order Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of order handling,



from booking to delivery confirmation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Studies**:A high school diploma is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service preferred.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning logistics/tracking software.
- **Language**: Excellent English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

**Perks**:

- **Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.**Following the US Calendar.**:

- **Contract**: Indefinite-term contract
- **Location**: Remote Colombia.
- **Salary**:$3,500.000
