**Cloud Database Administrator (AWS & SQL Server)**

**Scope**:Full-time** | Office**:Colombia **| Remote**

How a day to day would look like in this role:

- Continuous Management with the client.
- Continuous Managent of Component AWS.
- Component monitoring AWS.
- Attention incidents and report failures in Manufacturer.
- Remediations in vulnerabilities.
- Suuport and management Teams Lead.- Support the administration and monitoring of **SQL Server** databases running on **AWS (RDS and EC2)**.- Participate in **database migration projects** from on-premise environments to AWS, including planning, assessment, execution, and post-migration validation.- Assist in the use of **AWS Database Migration Service (DMS)** and other AWS tools for secure and efficient data migration.- Collaborate on performance tuning, backup and recovery strategies, and implementation of database security policies.- Document procedures, configurations, and provide regular reports on database performance and health.

**What we need to see from you**
**Profile**:Technologist or professional in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields, with experience in AWS cloud administrator And
- Supplier Management.
- AWS Platform management
- AWS Cloud Platform Administration
- Managend of infraestructure with code (Terraform - Cloudformation)
- Managed and support of container




- Attention incidents and Report failures in Manafacturer
- Automatization of prcess in AWS- Technical or professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.- Knowledge of **Microsoft SQL Server 2016 or higher**, including administration and T-SQL.- Familiarity with **AWS services** such as **RDS for SQL Server**, **EC2**, and **Database Migration Service (DMS)**.- Basic understanding or experience in **database migration to cloud environments**.- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward learning and continuous improvement.

**Required skills**:

- Knowledge AWS Cloud Administrator ( Compute Service, Networking Storage, DataBase, Identidad IAM/RBAC, Backup)
- Coast Management

**Optional Certifications**:AWS Sysops Administrator
