**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage in customer-facing activities
- Analyze growth opportunities
- Analyze product development needs
- Coach on targeted product value propositions
- Review proposal activities
- Present technical sales briefings to customers
- Develop and champion best-in-class sales training
- Coordinate engineering support of pursuits
- Provide data for sales collateral
**MUST HAVE**:
- Engineering, systems engineering, mechatronics or similars.
- 5 years of previous experience in CCTV, surveillance, access control, life/safety industry or other technical industries
- Ability to travel up to 50% both domestically and internationally
- Technical experience in electronic security: mainly in access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems. It is a plus that you may have commercial channel development skills.
- Experience in presales: support of the commercial area.
- Knowledge with CRM, configuration of access control and video platforms.
**MUST HAVE**:
- Engineer at least with 5 years within the security, BMS or fire industries
- Preferably fire.
- Experience in fire brands-industries.
- Technical knowledge of fire industry - plus: presales or commercial experience.
- Communication and relationship skills
- Love for teaching and transmitting knowledge.
- Travel: 40% per month - full week or up to 2 weeks.
- High level of knowledge with office tools.
- English level: intermediate
