This role will guide the Scrum Team on using Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and contributing to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization. Responsible of having a continuous improvement mind-set and dedication to find creative ways of working.

- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and best practices to progress the work of the team.
- Facilitate the team for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team.
- Maintains agile/scrum principles and helps team adhere to that.
- Promote decision-making processes to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.
- Helps product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
- Arranged Sprint KPI report out of all the scrum team’s development work, metrics and artifacts to ensure accurate and document agile/scum and Kanban techniques as applicable to software development team.
- Identify knowledge gaps in project portfolio and maintenance workloads and coordinate with the Product Owner and Capability Leaders.
- Facilitate and maintain Scrum cadence aligned with project portfolio and assist with follow through with Business Teams to complete feedback loops (Sprint Reviews & Retros).
- Documentation Skills:
Ability to create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements documents, use cases, and process flows.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data analysis tools, software development processes, and project management methodologies.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly to stakeholders.
- Requirements Gathering: Competence in eliciting, documenting, and managing business requirements from stakeholders.

- Education: Bachelor
- Field of Study: in Computer Science, or related fields
- Language: English | Spanish | Portuguese:Level: Advanced | Native | NA
Minimum experience or five years as Semi senior.
Strong experience working in Agile teams and a deep understanding of Agile practices.
Experience helping Agile teams to establish and adhere to norms and practices.
Proficiency facilitating Agile meetings.
Ability to collaborate with team members on solutions to address challenges and roadblocks.
Ability to influence behaviour without having formal organizational hierarchy.
Capable of understand Servant Leadership and aim to be a servant leader.
Proficiency facilitating all scrum ceremonies
- per existing cadence and ensure they are solutions-focused (Sprint planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective).
Excellent ability in Scrum PSM or CSM.
Certification in Scrum PSM or CSM.
Other certification: SAFE SM, PMP.
Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
Ability as an impediment remover for development team so that the software development team can be more productive.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and processes to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly to stakeholders.
