**Industrial Global Trainee**

**LOCATION**: Cartagena

**DEPARTMENT**: Operations
**- Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the execution and follow-up of operational and industrial projects.
- Analyze performance indicators and identify opportunities for process and operational improvements.
- Participate in planning and coordinating resources to ensure operational efficiency and continuity.
- Assist in the management and control of budgets, materials, and services related to operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, and resource optimization.
- Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations to support decision-making.
- Participate in projects related to innovation, sustainability, safety, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve business and operational objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- 0 to 4 years of professional experience.




- Previous experience in industrial environments is a plus, particularly in areas such as Operations, Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, or Project Management.
- Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks is desirable.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Power BI is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of commitment, leadership potential, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
