**Influencer Marketing Agent**

**Responsibilities**
- Identify, attract, and recruit new influencers and content creators (streamers) across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- Create content for campaigns, promotions, and challenges, helping bring concepts to life through videos and trend-based formats.
- Support influencers during onboarding and actively guide them to succeed on our platform.
- Stay up to date with the latest influencer trends, memes, platform updates, and viral content strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with content creators, acting as their trusted point of contact.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, product) to execute influencer campaigns and content initiatives
- Assist in creating outreach messages,



onboarding guides, and creative briefs.

**What we’re looking for**
- 2 + year of experience in influencer marketing, content creation, digital marketing, or community engagement.
- Proven experience in social media content creation or campaign collaboration (portfolio or social links appreciated).
- Deep knowledge of social platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram, understanding of what makes content trend.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory)
- Strong communication, creative thinking, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable being hands-on with content ideation, short-form video formats, and trends.
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
