**Project Manager**

As a **Project Manager**, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of projects that drive Osigu’s mission forward. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and deliverables, and help optimize processes to achieve operational excellence.

**Your Role**

**Project Planning & Execution**
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects across product, engineering, and business teams.
- Define project scopes, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Ensure alignment with company goals and stakeholder expectations.

**Process Optimization & Collaboration**
- Implement and improve project management methodologies that balance agility and structure.
- Identify risks, roadblocks, and opportunities for improvement throughout project lifecycles.
- Foster collaboration between departments to ensure seamless project delivery.

**Tool Management & Reporting**
- Utilize project management tools (Jira, Notion, Asana) to track progress and maintain visibility.
- Automate workflows where possible to increase efficiency.
- Provide clear,



data-driven project updates to leadership and key stakeholders.

**Team Enablement & Leadership**
- Support and guide cross-functional teams to deliver results on time and within scope.
- Promote accountability, continuous improvement, and a results-oriented culture.
- Encourage experimentation and agile thinking across teams.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **5+ years of experience** in project management or operations within a tech, SaaS, or high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of **Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies.**:

- Experience managing **ERP or system implementation projects** is a plus.
- Proficiency in **Jira, Notion, Asana**, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong command of **English (written & spoken).**

**Bonus Points**
- PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications.
- Experience in **SaaS, FinTech, or HealthTech** industries.
- Background in **IT project management, product launches, or process automation.**
