In this role, as an Associate Creative Director in Commerce, you will be working in a dedicated team that services all brands for a large consumer goods company with local (North America) and general impact. You will be expected to deliver three key responsibilities in this role: Unbeatable Craft, Award-Winning Ideas and Confident Collaboration.

Unbeatable Craft: In this role, you are expected to bring a design expertise that is highly sought after in the industry. You will be charged with not just overseeing a team of designers, but to also play a hand yourself in crafting and creating brand campaign and commerce campaign design execution.

Award-Winning Ideas:



As a part of a highly-awarded team, you are expected to deliver ideas that are breakthrough, connect to culture and drive conversion - which is critical to creative commerce. You are also expected to work with the team to help craft and sell the ideas to clients. A history of award-winning work is crucial.

Confident Collaboration: Our dedicated team shares work and collaborates seamlessly with other WPP agency partners. You will be expected to represent VML as a confident, clear leader who is capable of working across agency boundaries and demonstrating effective partnership.

Additionally, you'll need to bring foundational excellence to the role with:

- Strong conceptual skills and a solid knowledge of the digital landscape
- Polished client presentation skills demonstrating a clear vision of how the work addresses the client challenge
- Ability to lead by example and mentor younger creatives in their development
- Desire to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment
- A bachelor's degree, design or writing emphasis preferred
- Seven-plus years of experience in an agency setting
