This role is responsible for learning all aspects of sample analysis, interpretation of results and explanation of data to customers. This position will diagnose laboratory data, provide technical support to client needs and keeping abreast with industry standards/trends.
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Represent company in a professional manner

- Keep wasted time and material to a minimum

- Participate in training/meetings as required
- Arrive as scheduled/ready to work
- Perform all work safely
- Accurate and timely evaluation of data
- Request rechecks of data as needed
- Assist clients with technical questions
- Create special project reports
- Maintain knowledge of all tests performed / basic qualifications
- Maintain knowledge of equipment
- Keep abreast of current trends
- Facilitate rush requests
- Communicate special requests to the lab
- Assist at login when needed
- Perform any other required duty or assignment as may be assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Associates Degree in Chemical Engineering or related scientific disciplines
- Minimum 1 year laboratory setting working experience
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering or related scientific disciplines
- Minimum 3 years laboratory setting/diagnosis experience.
