This is a full-time hybrid role for an Interactive Frontend Developer specializing in immersive web environments. The position is based in Bogotá, D.C., with the flexibility to work remotely on certain days. The role involves developing, maintaining, and optimizing dynamic, interactive, and responsive web interfaces. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, integrate front-end solutions with back-end systems, and contribute to delivering high-quality immersive user experiences.
General Requirements
- English level: Professional to C1
- +5 years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on interactive experiences
- Proven experience building dynamic, immersive, and highly interactive web interfaces (beyond standard dashboards or CRUD apps)
- Advanced proficiency in React and modern frontend architecture
- Strong experience with WebGL-based libraries (Three.js or similar) for interactive rendering
- Expert-level experience with animation systems and motion libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP)
- Strong understanding of performance optimization for complex,
animation-heavy and real-time interfaces
- Portfolio showcasing interactive, motion-rich, or immersive frontend experiences
Nice to Have (Highly Valuable)
- Experience with game-inspired UI patterns (navigation systems, transitions, state-driven flows)
- Zustand, Redux or similar (state management for complex interactive systems)
- Next.js or similar frameworks
- Experience collaborating with design systems (Figma → frontend implementation)
- Familiarity with real-time interaction patterns (scroll-driven, gesture-based, or state-driven experiences)
