Arabic (Emirati) language specialist – AI Trainer. We are seeking experts who understand Arabic grammar, syntax, morphology, semantics, phonetics, and pragmatics to help power the next generation of AI. Your work will help shape high‑quality training data to advance AI capabilities in education, research, and translation for Arabic speakers.
We are building evaluation and prompting frameworks to challenge language models on dialectal variation, formal versus colloquial language, Arabic script, translation accuracy, semantic ambiguity, and cultural context, documenting every failure mode to harden model reasoning.
Responsibilities
- Converse with the model on language scenarios on a typical day.
- Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model outputs.
- Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes.
- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.




- Document insights to contribute to the knowledge base for tomorrow’s AI.

Qualifications
- A degree in Arabic language, linguistics, or a closely related field is adecuado.
- Peer‑reviewed publications, translation experience, or hands‑on linguistic analysis projects signal fit.
- Clear, metacognitive communication—"showing your work"—is essential.

Offer and Employment Details
- Contract position, remote work.
- Pay range: $6 to $65 per hour, with exact rate determined after evaluating experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the listed pay range.
