**DATA ENTRY CLERK**

**What the Job Entails**:

- An understanding of basic bookkeeping and account skills is preffered.
- Correspond with suppliers (Latin America) and internally with operations teams
- Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
- Process payments in different currencies
- Maintaining historical records of all reports /remittances by saving properly on the network




- Process non-trade invoices for payment using internal system
- Manage EFT /Wire payment
- Process employees' expense reports
- Reconcile Credit Card statements
- Process off-set with AR Team

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Experience in a similar position is an asset
- Written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Able to work in a team environment
- Outgoing personality; high energy; adaptable
- Great attitude and desire to work hard while having fun!
- Knowledge of SAGE is preferred
- Analytical skills
- Problem solving skills
