**Bilingual Virtual Assistant (English-Spanish) - Real Estate Sales Support**
**About Us**
We are a Texas-based real estate company seeking a Bilingual (English-Spanish) Virtual Assistant to support our property sales and operations. This is a full-time, remote position for someone who is confident communicating in English, comfortable speaking with Spanish-speaking buyers, and highly organized with follow-ups and research tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to and manage property sale inquiries on Facebook (Marketplace, groups, and messages).
- Communicate with Spanish-speaking buyers, answer questions, and guide them through the buying process.
- Make outbound calls to cities and counties to ask questions related to zoning, utilities, permits, or property requirements.
- Track conversations, buyer interest, and research notes in shared spreadsheets or CRM tools.
- Maintain organized records of follow-ups and outcomes.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Fluent English (spoken and written) with clear, professional communication.
- Fluent Spanish (spoken and written) to assist Spanish-speaking buyers.
- Experience in real estate, sales, customer service, or virtual assistance preferred.
- Comfortable using diverse messaging and marketing platforms, and basic CRM systems as well as spreadsheets.
- Confident on the phone with strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- High-speed internet and a quiet workspace suitable for calls.
- Available Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM CST.
**Compensation & Details**
- $5-$8 USD per hour, paid bi-weekly via Wise
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Long-term position
- 100% remote / work from home
