**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

This role is responsible for the leadership of the logistics and transportation procurement team, being an important link in the supply chain. Direct maritime, air and land transportation tenders for the region. Additionally, creating the area strategy, creating strong relationships with stakeholders.

**Your Impact**

**As General Proc Sr Buyer, your responsibilities would consist of**:

- Ideate category strategy over a multi-year horizon
- Excellent supplier interaction & negotiation
- Create & Launch negotiation through Ariba Sourcing
- Ensure contract execution, supplier coordination,



competitive benchmarking and works with local business to solve any supply issues.
- Manages change projects that are required to deliver productivity targets or support market innovation
- Supports and executes full vendor approval process in close cooperation with central.
- Executes local category strategies that create competitive advantage for the business
- Supportsthe execution of local key productivity initiatives and also develops short term productivity initiatives for small scale local categories.
- Supports the execution of legal contracts for local suppliers.
- Contribute in achieve cost avoidance into import's chain for foreign Raw Materials
- Ensure correct business operations in the category avoiding business interruptions

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Economics, or International Business (Or similar).
- English level: Advance (B2/ C1)
- Experience managing suppliers, negotiations and projects analysis.
- Preferent experience in logistic and transportation negotiations.
- Contracts management
- Strategy creation
- Cost comparison market / bechmark
- Logistics knowledge (Transport, warehousing,



international trade)
- SAP and ARIBA platform management (desirable)
- Ability to effectively communicate across levels of the organization, networking, and influence
- Strong Analytical Skills
