**What You Can Expect**:
The PTP Specialist is responsible for accurate and timely execution of various Accounts Payable tasks in one of the below areas in a dynamic and fast-paced GBS environment. All tasks must be executed in compliance with the company policies and guidelines.

**How You'll Create Impact**:
**Main Duties - Payment Processing**:

- Process US payments following guidelines on a timely basis.
- Execute VCAs payment, Utility payments, Commission payments and Direct Debit

transactions.
- Perform process controls and validations for completeness.
- Validate and eliminate any erroneous or duplicate payments
- Resolve escalations with vendors and stakeholders
- Prioritize and review payments and payments run for final validation.
- Support SOX and compliance controls
- Provide support to employee requests in SNOW regarding vendors payments.




- Prepare the weekly payment error report and drive corrective action to ensure

payment completion
- Support payment returns and exception management.
- Perform check cancellation and reissuing.

**Duties to be eligible**

General:

- Shared mailbox management.
- Troubleshooting for vendors inquiries

Education/Experience Requirements
- College or technical studies diploma or equivalent experience in administrative

areas.
- Minimum 1 Year of relevant work experience related to invoices payment and

management support to this process.
- Mandatory experience in accounts payable focused in payment processes.

**Language Requirements**
- English, level B2 - Upper-Intermediate.
