This includes Implementations of new core delivery ERPs and Workflow implementations, Automations via RPA and IDP, operational processes changes and optimisation of our organisational construct.

We are looking for an experienced Associate Manager to manage programs and/or their workstreams and take responsibility for driving efficiency and innovation across the North America & Caribbean region.
- Lead E2E projects/workstreams to implement new technologies, including core delivery ERPs, other innovative technologies, Workflow tool and Automations via RPA and/or IDP, new processes and internal controls
- Deploy effective change management techniques to influence, train and guide operational teams
- Provide regular,



accurate and appropriate reporting to the different stakeholders utilizing business knowledge of Data & Insights tools
- Be Thought leader for Data & Insights on regional level with exposure to Managing Directors and C-Suite executive

This role will be based in Bogota, Colombia and report to the Senior Manager, Operations & Technology.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Fully own and lead projects to implement new technologies and processes**
- Partner with the business to ensure business problems are clearly documented and understood
- Lead implementation of new technologies
- Manage 3rd party contracts and vendor relationships

**Manage complex programs which delivers within quality, time and cost constraints**
- Lead and control the execution of the program through: analysis, design, implementation, hyper-care and benefits realisation phases
- Assess, plan and supervise the projects related to new systems, workflow tool and RPA implementations.
- Identify, mitigage and manage, programme related risks
- Embed quality review and governance in all activities
- Provide effective reporting on programme benefits, progress, risks and issues
- Lead governance meetings, reporting to local leadership and regional Operational Excellence Director

**Deploy effective change management techniques to influence, train and guide operational teams**
- Define and lead implementation of the change management strategy to ensure stakeholders are knowledgeable,



prepared, and motivated for the changes
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders who have accountability for program execution

**Be a Thought leader for Data & Insights on regional level with exposure to Managing Directors and C-Suite executive**
- Lead design & architecture of data driven performance management
- Provide regular, accurate and appropriate reporting to the different stakeholders utilizing business knowledge of Data & Insights tools

**Partner with other Digital Operations to improve digital aspects of business**

**Key Requirements**

**Experience & skillset;**
- 5+ years experience in complex projects/programs, involving ERP system, process, or organizational change
- 5+ years in Process redesign and Organization re-structuring or 5+ years of experience in quantitative business analysis
- Strong communication skils with/influencing stakeholders and leadership
- Exceptional organisation skills
- Using analytical and problem solving skills
- Exceptional written and spoken English
- Advanced MS Excel/PowerBi skills
- Analytically driven with strong computative skills
- Ability to work independently

**Qualifications**
- Lean six sigma - greenbelt (nice to have)
- Project management certification (nice to have)
