We are seeking a highly skilled legal drafting professional to support attorneys with substantive litigation drafting. This role goes beyond traditional paralegal duties and is idóneo for a law graduate, junior attorney, law clerk, or experienced litigation paralegal with strong motion drafting experience. This is an on site position in Bogota, Colombia. We also have sites available in Medellin, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, Cali, Armenia and Ibague.

**Responsibilities**:

- Draft litigation documents, including complaints, motions, discovery requests and responses, demand letters, and settlement demands.
- Assist attorneys with litigation preparation.
- Review and organize case documentation.
- Maintain and update case files within the firm’s case management system.




- Work within Filevine or similar case management platforms.
- Support attorneys through various stages of litigation.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a U.S. personal injury law firm.
- Demonstrated experience drafting motions, discovery, complaints, and demand letters.
- Experience working in a legal CRM or case management system (Filevine strongly preferred).
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Strong legal writing skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
