Bilingual Collections Agent

We’re looking for a sharp, empathetic **Collections Agent** fluent in English and Spanish to manage customer accounts, collect payments, and support our legal team with translations. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love solving problems with professionalism and heart—this is for you.

What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound/outbound calls in both languages
- Resolve account issues and negotiate payment plans
- Translate documents for internal/legal use
- Use Finvi & FACS software to manage collections
- Keep detailed records and deliver top-tier service

What You Bring
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years in BPO, customer service, or collections
- Fluent in English & Spanish (spoken/written)
- Experience with Finvi (required); FACS (a plus)
- Strong negotiation, empathy, and attention to detail
