We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Project Coordinator to join our team remotely and ensure the smooth execution of our projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Project Coordination**:
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and workflows from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with editors and team members to ensure timely delivery of media content.
- Manage project schedules and ensure that all deadlines are met.
- **Client Management**:
- Serve as clients' primary point of contact, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Communicate project updates, handle revision requests, and provide exceptional client support.
- Ensure client satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering high-quality results.
- **Photo and Video Editing**:
- Utilize Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom, and other relevant tools to edit and enhance media content.
- Maintain high standards for photo and video quality, ensuring consistency with client requirements.
- **SOPs and Workflows**:
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows to optimize team efficiency.
- Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance project management and delivery.
- **Deliverable Management**:
- Manage the delivery of media content to clients, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Handle revision requests and coordinate with editors to address client feedback and make necessary adjustments.
- **Quality Checking**:
- Conduct thorough quality checks on media content to ensure it meets the highest standards before delivery to clients.
- Identify and address any issues or inconsistencies in media content and coordinate with the team for corrections.
**Skills and Experience Required**:
- Proven experience in real estate media or a similar field.
- Strong photo and video editing proficiency using Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent client management skills with a track record of providing effective communication and support.
- Demonstrated experience in project coordination and management, including developing and managing project workflows.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday, Tonomo, and RelaHQ.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience developing SOPs and workflows for teams is a significant plus.
- Ability to manage deliverables, coordinate with team members, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Experience in quality checking and ensuring high standards for media content.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or management, focusing on real estate media or a similar industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
