**What will your challenge be?**

Timely execution of EBITDA growth and carbon footprint reduction projects, from the conceptualization to on-site delivery to the operating unit, complying with our health and safety philosophy in civil works, mechanical and electrical processes.

**Minimum requirements**:

- English C1.
- Bachelor’s degree required in Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or related.
- 5 years of experience in Cement plants.
- Experience in operation in Cement Plants y/o Maintenance.
- Experience in supervision of activities during major shutdown in kilns y/o cement mills.
- Client-oriented, communications skills, teamwork, negotiation skills, prioritization and decision making
