We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented team leader to join our team as an Operations Supervisor/Operations Team Leader. This role is crucial to ensuring that our operations run smoothly and exceed our customers' expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of operations staff to ensure efficient workflow and high productivity.
- Implement processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and meet customer expectations.
- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
- Provide regular coaching and feedback to team members to support their professional development and performance improvement.
- Handle performance improvement plans (PIPs) effectively to address any performance issues within the team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to promote morale and teamwork.




- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication across the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of two years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in operations or a related field.
- Excellent English skills, both spoken and written, are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and coach team members.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
