We're looking for technical support professionals to join our Medellín team as Level 1 or Level 2 IT Helpdesk. RPM BPO focuses on providing high quality service to our international clients across several different industries and business lines.

As IT Helpdesk, you will assist users with their technical issues and get them up and running as soon as possible. You'll follow troubleshooting procedures and utilize resources to resolve issues.

Based on your experience and skill level, you may qualify for a L2 position.

We are a relatively small but growing team, and you will interface directly with leadership.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Be the go-to technical support person
- Diagnose, triage, and troubleshoot issues
- Make proper notes in our ticketing software
- Create and update documentation as necessary
- Utilize tools to find root causes to issues and prevent them from happening again

**Basic Requirements**
- 1+ year in technical support, preferably in a helpdesk role
- Understanding of MS 365 apps such as Intune, Entra, etc.
- Understanding of Google Workspace
- Experience with ticketing software and remote tools
- B2 English (must be able to communicate fluently verbally and in writing)
