**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly execution-oriented **Global Sales Team Operations Specialist** to support the implementation of global sales strategies and BPO team operations.

This role operates under the direct supervision of an internal Alibaba manager and focuses on ensuring the **accurate, compliant, and efficient execution** of strategic directives across outsourced teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. BPO Partner Operations Support**
- Assist in BPO vendor screening, due diligence, and onboarding processes under manager guidance
- Coordinate documentation, legal reviews, and contract/SLA archiving (no ownership of negotiation)
- Monitor BPO operational compliance on a daily/weekly basis and escalate risks or issues promptly
- Support dispute handling strictly under authorized procedures

**2. Global Sales Strategy Execution & Team Support**
- Translate predefined Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies into actionable execution plans for BPO teams
- Coordinate recruitment processes (job posting, scheduling, evaluation reporting) based on approved headcount plans
- Organize and track training programs following standardized frameworks
- Collect operational feedback and report insights to management

**3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting**
- Maintain accurate sales and operational data within defined KPI frameworks




- Ensure timely reporting and data integrity across teams
- Support performance tracking, analysis, and reporting for management review

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- Minimum **7+ years of experience in sales operations**, including **3+ years managing BPO or global vendors**
- Fluency in **Chinese and local language (Spanish)** is required
- Strong experience in **SLA management, vendor operations, and sales analytics**
- Proven ability to work with and support **remote, cross-border teams**

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in **SaaS, Technology, or AI-related industries**
- Strong understanding of **global sales operations and outsourcing models**
- Excellent stakeholder management and execution skills
- Ability to balance **strategic understanding with hands-on operational delivery**
