Funciones principales:

- Manejar el servicio de la Agencia de Merchandising. Aprox 900 personas (Supervisores, Mercaderistas, Impulsadoras)
- Liderar la excelencia de la ejecucion de la 5Ps en todos los PDV con cobertura
- Liderar el mejoramiento de los Indicadores de Ejecucion e ISM essentials.
- Coordinar la comunicacion entre CP Commercial y la Agencia de Merchandising.
- Liderar Proyectos Tecnologicos para mejorar la eficiencia de la ejecucion (Image recognition, IA, Impulsadoras).
- Coordinar los reportes de Ejecucion. Identificar Oportunidades y Plan de accion. Inclusive los reportes Latam.
- Controlar el Presupuesto asociado al servicio de Agencia de Merchandising (NVOs & Promo investment)
- Soportar a Ventas (CDO)



y Mercadeo en la planeacion de campañas al Shopper y actividades PDV.
- Trabajo de campo en los Territorios para identificar oportunidades de Ejecucion.

**Perfil**:

- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Economía -Negocios Internacionales - Mercadeo
- 3-5 años de experiência en Ventas campo, Trade / Marketing que incluya:

- Manejo de proyectos de Medio-Alto impacto.
- Experiência en coaching.
- Delegacion de funciones a equipos de trabajo.
- Microsoft Office (Excel), Google Tools (Sheets, Slides).
- Experiência manejando Domo, Media fly. Power BI
- Nível de inglés: intermedio
- Viaje: 50% del tiempo.
