**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain scalable front-end and back-end components.
- Develop and consume robust APIs.
- Integrate with HubSpot CRM, including potential custom development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, PMs, and fellow engineers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain best development practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full tech stack.
- Stay current with emerging development trends and tools.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years full stack development experience.
- Strong experience with Laravel (non-negotiable).
- Solid proficiency in JavaScript; React.js.
- Proven experience with creating and consuming APIs (REST/GraphQL).
- Prior HubSpot CRM and API integration experience.
- Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and front-end fundamentals.
- Solid knowledge of MySQL or similar relational databases.




- Experience with Git and collaborative workflows.

**Good-to-Have**:

- Exposure to Node.js (advantageous but not required).
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of other database engines like MongoDB or MSSQL.
- Experience with HubSpot workflows and theme development.
- Testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, PHPUnit).

**Tech Stack Priorities**:

- Frontend: JavaScript skills; React.js is a plus.
- Backend: Laravel and PHP; NextJS or Node.js are bonuses.
- Database: MySQL is required; MongoDB/MSSQL are optional.
- Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP knowledge is a nice-to-have.
