**Job Overview**
**Hybrid set up - we gathered for 1 week every 3 months**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with product and other relevant teams to develop relevant messaging and segment-specific templates.
- ** Paid Media Campaign Management**:
- Strategize, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across:
- Google Search and Display Networks
- LinkedIn Ads
- Account-Based Marketing platforms like RollWorks
- Work with designers and copywriters to create compelling ad creatives tailored for B2B audiences.
- Monitor performance metrics across paid channels.
- ** Marketing Performance Analysis**:
- Build weekly and monthly reports to track campaign performance and marketing channel ROI.
- Propose data-backed recommendations to improve campaign results and guide budget allocations.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or paid media campaign management, preferably in SaaS or tech.
- Experience using analytics tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Looker, or similar.
- Strong copywriting and content development skills, with an understanding of B2B buyer psychology.
- Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of marketing KPIs and data-driven decision making.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools for marketing optimization.
**Compensation and Benefits**:
- 40K - 45K per year
