We are seeking for a Legal Intake Specialist with a legal background to join the best team.

This position requires availability for Monday to Friday shifts from **8 AM to 6 PM PST.**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Handle an influx of calls and perform receptionist tasks.

2. Take clients information into the client management system to create leads, that will help with follow-up actions that will be determined by attorneys.

3. Assist legal assistants with maintaining meticulous files (all files are stored on the cloud).

**Requirements**: College degree, Typing speed of 40+ words per minute, Excellent listening and conversational skills, Friendly and welcoming telephone demeanor.

**Preferred Qualifications**:



- Previous experience in a law firm is mandatory.

1. Familiarity with case management software like Smokeball (preferred) or similar platforms such as MyCase, Clio, Practice Panther, etc.

2. Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new software quickly.

3. Capability to support legal assistants and other law firm staff with various background tasks
