Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Execution Support

Work on M&A; transactions, precedent deals, private placements, and fundraising initiatives by preparing financial analyses, transaction summaries, and supporting documentation such as trading comparable multiples.

Sell-Side Pitch Creation
Develop sell-side pitch materials to support client mandates, highlighting strategic opportunities and value propositions to potential investors and buyers.

Pitchbook and Presentation Preparation
Prepare slides and assist India senior team members in preparing high-quality presentation materials for client meetings, ensuring alignment with client objectives and strategic dialogue.

Industry and Market Research
Conduct in-depth industry, market, and product research to monitor current events, valuation trends, key financial metrics, and competitive landscapes, providing actionable insights to clients and senior bankers.

Transaction Execution
Gather financial data, perform detailed analyses, and support the seamless execution of transactions such as M&A; deals, IPOs, private equity settlements, and other advisory services.

Business Development Support
Assist senior bankers in business development activities by preparing background materials and identifying potential opportunities for client engagement and pipeline growth.





Project and Team Support
Assist in project coordination by facilitating communication between clients, advisory teams, and internal stakeholders. Support senior bankers in managing timelines, deliverables, and ensuring high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.

**Experience**:
At least 2 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, or Big 4 transaction services.
- Previous exposure to M&A; transactions or relevant internship experience is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

- Strong financial modeling skills in Excel.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating client-facing materials.
- Familiarity with financial databases and research tools (e.g., Capital IQ, PitchBooks) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective project and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong client service orientation and teamwork mindset.
