Health Supply 770, one of Florida's fastest-growing medical supplies companies, is seeking a highly motivated **Sourcer Agent for Construction Materials **to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality medical supplies and equipment, carefully selected by our experienced sales reps and warehouse staff with years of combined experience in the healthcare industry.

**Overview**:As an Entry-Level Construction Materials Sourcing Agent, you'll work under the guidance of the Procurement Manager to efficiently procure high-quality construction materials and equipment at competitive prices for our projects. Your role involves supplier identification, negotiation, and ensuring a reliable supply chain.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Supplier Management**:Collaborate with the Procurement Manager to identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for construction materials and equipment.




Assist in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability.

**Cost Optimization**:Learn to monitor market trends to inform cost-effective procurement decisions.
Support in negotiating favorable terms to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.

**Quality Assurance**:Work with quality control teams to understand and maintain high-quality standards.
Assist in conducting regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of industry standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

**Payment**: Base salary + commissions from profit.

700 USD to 800 USD + commissions.

Pay: $2,682 - $3,065 per month
