We are building an AI-native quality practice and need a Chief Automation Tester in Python to shape production-ready test automation at scale. You will steer QA automation and CI/CD integration, use AI-powered engineering tools to boost delivery quality, and help teams adopt modern AI-assisted practices—apply now.
Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and support QA automation solutions and testing workflows across the software delivery lifecycle




- Leverage AI-powered engineering tools to increase productivity, testing efficiency, and delivery quality
- Participate in production support activities, including troubleshooting and issue resolution when required
- Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure software quality and reliability
- Enhance CI/CD pipelines and support automated testing integration within delivery workflows
- Champion adoption of modern AI-assisted engineering practices across teams
- Navigate ambiguous or evolving environments by identifying gaps early and proposing practical solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across QA processes, automation, and engineering excellence
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders while fostering a positive, collaborative working environment
