Job Overview
As a Lead Software Engineer with a specialization in AI, you will play a key role in designing and scaling intelligent systems that power our products.



You’ll lead a team of engineers while collaborating cross-functionally with product, design, and data science teams to deliver production-ready features and infrastructure rooted in AI/ML. You will need speed to adapt quickly and efficiently to a fast‑paced, agile development environment and the drive to be 1% better every day, constantly striving for improvement. Additionally, you will demonstrate compassion and contribute to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable software systems with embedded AI components.
- Work closely with data scientists and product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions using ML/AI models.
- Mentor and guide engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and career development.
- Evaluate and integrate AI/ML technologies and frameworks that align with our product roadmap.
- Ensure best practices in software developm
