Salesforce Developer
In this role, you will independently architect and deliver complex Salesforce solutions across LWC, Apex, and declarative tooling while collaborating closely with IT Leads to ship production‑ready features every two‑week sprint. You will play a key role in shaping our DevOps practices and platform integration strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex Lightning Web Components (LWC) following best practices for performance, accessibility, and reusability.
- Write robust, well‑tested Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Build and optimize declarative solutions using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Custom Metadata.




- Collaborate with IT Leads to decompose requirements into sprint‑ready stories and deliver high‑quality features on a 2‑week cadence.
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of assigned modules — from technical design through deployment and post‑go‑live support.
- Manage Salesforce DevOps pipelines including source control, CI/CD, environment management, and release coordination.
- Champion code quality through peer code reviews, unit testing (Apex test classes ≥ 85% coverage), and adherence to governor limits.
- Contribute to technical documentation, including design specs, deployment runbooks, and developer guidelines.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and technical debt proactively.
