The Production Manager is responsible for managing high-quality creative projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Experience in scoping, budgeting, and scheduling print production projects, ensuring delivery within defined timelines and costs.
- Solid experience overseeing all stages of print production, from pre-production (proofing, material selection) to post-production (quality control, final delivery).
- Strong understanding of print production techniques, processes, and industry standards to ensure high-quality outputs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee all post-production activities related to digital display projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality, brand, and technical standards.
- Coordinate between creative, production, and development teams to finalize display assets, including static banners, animated ads, and rich media formats.




- Supervise asset formatting, optimization, and final output preparation to guarantee readiness across multiple digital platforms.
- Ensure that all digital display assets are optimized according to platform-specific specifications (e.g., Google Display Network, Meta Ads, programmatic platforms).
- Review and approve final digital files before deployment, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and technical compliance.
- Maintain detailed post-production schedules, tracking asset progress to meet publishing and campaign launch deadlines.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to digital asset specifications, animations, or compatibility, providing swift resolutions to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with external partners (ad servers, media agencies, tech vendors) to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of display assets.
