This position is suited to a technically strong, client-facing consultant with a proven track record of leading and delivering complex OneStream Planning implementations. The role offers the opportunity to work in a mature and structured consulting environment, alongside recognised experts in the EPM space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of OneStream Planning solutions, from requirements gathering and design through to build, testing, and deployment
- Act as the primary client contact for Planning-related workstreams, ensuring solutions are aligned to business objectives
- Collaborate with internal functional and technical teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Produce detailed solution documentation and support materials in line with delivery standards
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OneStream Planning capabilities and best practices
Required Experience and Skills:
- Strong consulting background with at least 3 years of hands-on experience delivering OneStream Planning implementations
- Demonstrated ability to lead workstreams or full projects in a client-facing role
- In-depth understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A;) processes and methodologies
- Experience designing and developing complex workflows, dashboards, and business rules in OneStream
- Solid understanding of data integration, metadata management, and reporting within the OneStream platform
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Based in Colombia with the ability to work remotely during core international hours
- Experience working within a integral consulting environment
- Exposure to additional EPM, CPM, or ERP tools
- OneStream certification or advanced product training
