Charlotte, NC (Day One Onsite – Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large complex data and analytics programs, including data modernization, cloud migration, regulatory reporting, and enterprise analytics platforms.
- Own program governance across scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and quality for multi‑workstream data programs; manage integrated delivery across data engineering, data architecture, analytics, cloud, and reporting workstreams.
- Coordinate onshore and offshore teams—data architects, data engineers, analytics teams, QA, and platform teams.
- Oversee program financials, forecasts, and vendor management using PPM tools such as Clarity or Planview.
- Drive delivery using Agile hybrid models suited for large data programs.




- Partner with client leadership to align data strategy, roadmap, and execution plans with business and regulatory objectives.
- Ensure adherence to Financial Services governance, risk compliance, and data privacy requirements.
- Proactively manage risks related to data quality, lineage, performance, and regulatory timelines.
- Provide executive‑level status reporting, issue escalation, and mitigation plans.
- Support pre‑sales solution shaping and proposal development for data and analytics engagements.
- Lead post‑implementation reviews and contribute to continuous improvement and best practices within the Insights Data practice.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Program delivery experience (10+ years in Program/Project Management).
- Proven experience leading large enterprise‑scale data programs across multiple workstreams and vendors.
