Senior Android Engineer will join a fast-moving, product-driven team focused on rapid experimentation and digital product innovation. This role is adecuado for engineers who enjoy building, testing, and iterating on mobile experiences quickly, using data and experimentation to validate product hypotheses at scale. You will work at the intersection of product, design, and engineering, contributing directly to MVPs, experimental features, and production-ready Android applications. As a technology partner for world-class brands, we are looking for someone who goes beyond writing code and actively leverages AI-native development tools to accelerate delivery, improve quality,



and optimize personal and team productivity.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop native Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, with a strong focus on scalability and maintainability.
- Build modular architectures that enable rapid experimentation, feature flags, and A/B testing.
- Develop and iterate on MVPs and feature prototypes to quickly validate user behavior and business impact.
- Actively use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to automate testing, refactoring, documentation, and boilerplate generation.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to evaluate technical feasibility and translate product ideas into high-quality mobile solutions.
- Integrate Android applications with modern backend services using REST and GraphQL APIs.
