This Associate Learning Operations Specialis**t **will be responsible for the organization, management, and quality assurance of the educational content that we deliver to the global HubSpot Academy community, focusing on the content for our Spanish, French, German, Japanese, and Portuguese speaking learners.
This role sits on the HubSpot Academy team and reports to the Senior Manager of HubSpot Academy Learning Operations. You'll work alongside other Inbound Professors, Localization Specialists, International Champions, Academy Product Managers, and the HubSpot Integral Marketing team to organize and manage our content for scale.
HubSpot Academy utilizes a single-source content management system to author, store, and localize our educational content that we deliver to the global HubSpot Academy community. A learning operations specialist is pivotal in the long-term success of the management and delivery of this content.
In this role, you'll get to:
- Organize and manage a multi-language content database for all French, Spanish, German, Japanese, and Portuguese content.
- Create reports and dashboards to increase accessibility and visibility of the Academy library across languages.
- Analyze data and provide insights on educational content creation, updates, and availability.
- Support the content prioritization process through content data reporting and analysis.
- Upload and build learning assets for all French, Spanish, German, Japanese, and Portuguese content.
- Verify the structure of educational content for publishing our French, Spanish, German, Japanese, and Portuguese content.
- Assist with maintenance and troubleshooting of content throughout the localization process.
- Create enablement resources and assist in team training around the organization of educational content.
You'll be successful in this role if you have:
- Professional fluency in English and one additional language (Spanish, French, German, or Japanese)
- Content organization skills and an eye for detail.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in database management or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Problem-solving skills and ability to identify areas for process improvement.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to autonomously manage projects.
- Nice to have: Experience with Airtable or other similar tools and platforms
- Nice to have: Familiarity with XML and JSON troubleshooting
- Nice to have: Current HubSpot Academy certification(s)
