**RedValley**, the fast-growing company in Medellin, is looking for an excellent **Operations Manager **with at least **5 years of experience** in the field, to join our growing Healthcare vertical.

Responsible for managing and supervising the daily operations of the company. This includes supervising and motivating a team of employees, monitoring and improving processes, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

**Our Operations Manager will have the following responsibilities**:

- Planning and assignment of tasks and Quality Assurance of all teams.
- Inventory management.
- Communication with the team.
- Analyze and report on the performance of employees within the company, evaluate the operating methods of our departments and propose ways to improve them.
- Track KPIs across different functions.
- Prepare work schedules, assign workers to shifts and assign overtime, if necessary.
- Supervise collaborators to make sure they are doing their job correctly.
- Supervise and motivate a team of employees.
- Monitor and improve processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Provide support and assistance to employees on matters related to operations.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Continually strive to improve the operational process.
- Prepare and file reports and documents related to operations.




- Ensure that employees reporting to you meet performance expectations.
- Ensure that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy.
- Approval of working hours

**Our ideal ** **Operations Manager must have**:

- C1 English level proficiency
- 5+ years of experience in leadership roles
- Knowledge in office tools and GSuite
