Role Overview

On a typical day you will:
- Lead and support GBS finance transformation initiatives by designing, implementing, and maintaining global internal processes, controls, and governance frameworks.- Partner closely with Finance Business Partners and GBS stakeholders to manage activities such as invoicing, billing, monthly reporting, and variance analysis.- Track and monitor actual savings, FTE impacts, and financial outcomes associated with GBS transformation efforts.- Develop and maintain integral process maps, workflows, and documentation to ensure consistency and transparency across regions.- Prepare and support management reporting and executive presentations, providing insights and recommendations based on financial data.- Generate and distribute monthly standard reports to key stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.- Assist with regional reconciliations and ensure alignment with global finance standards and practices.- Understand and support the IMS (Integrated Management System) and invoicing processes to ensure smooth financial operations.

What You Will Need to be Successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.- 5+ years of experience in finance transformation, FP&A;, or GBS-related roles within a global organization.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and geographies.- Proficiency in financial systems and tools; experience with IMS or similar platforms is a plus.
