**Requirements**:
- 1+ year of experience in marketing field;
- Proficiency in English and Spanish;
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions;
- Demonstrated ability to do tasks independently, take initiative, and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve targets;
- Strong communicational skills.

What you will do:
- Creating content for webinars from scratch - theoretical and promo parts;
- Creating and testing new webinar formats: mini courses, marathons, open lessons, automated funnels, etc.;
- Market and competitors analysis;
- Working with a webinar platform - creating webinar rooms and checking webinar performances;
- Analytics: working with webinar metrics on all stages of the funnel;
- Communication with other marketing teams;
- Communication with tutors and hosts of webinars - rehearsals and briefs;
- Planning and testing of new hypotheses to develop webinar funnel.
