**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sourcing**&**Outreach**
- Post job openings on career sites, job boards, and social media.
- **Screening**&**Coordination**
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- **Recruitment**Support**
- Support senior recruiters in managing high-volume requisitions.
- Communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with onboarding activities when needed.

**Key Requirements**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,



Business, Psychology, or related field (preferred but not always required).
- **Experience**: Internship or prior exposure to HR/recruitment is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational ability and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ATS or HR software is beneficial.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmen
