Purpose

The Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) Operations team sits within the Integral Corporate Function (GFC) and is responsible for ensuring the stability, accuracy, and reliability of the bank’s CCR application. This application generates key risk metrics used for CCR limit monitoring across both end‑of‑day and real‑time trading activities, as well as for CCR/CVA capital calculations.

The successful candidate will oversee daily CCR production runs, manage monthly code releases and weekly patching cycles, and coordinate Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises. In addition, the role involves driving continuous improvement—designing and implementing hotfixes, performing post‑implementation verification, and collaborating with development teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Accountabilities
- Ensure stable and efficient daily operations of the CCR application.
- Support requests from Risk Management and Front Office teams related to CCR monitoring and capital calculations.
- Lead operational activities including:
- Perform post‑implementation verification (PIV) following releases and patches.
- Identify issues proactively and design/implement hotfixes as needed.
- Collaborate with development teams to recommend improvements to application stability and operational processes.
- Manage and mentor a team of three analysts/engineers.
