Position Overview

The primary focus of this role is to support the development of interactive dashboards and comprehensive reporting solutions that enable stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. This position is responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel. By transforming and visualizing large datasets, the role plays a key part in meeting business intelligence needs and ensuring data accuracy and reliability. Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, ensuring clarity and usability for stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver reports by extracting, transforming, and visualizing data using Power BI and Tableau to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Write basic SQL queries to retrieve and prepare data from relational databases for reporting purposes.
- Utilize Excel to manipulate and report data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all analyses.




- Collaborate with business users to identify reporting requirements and create tailored solutions that meet their analytical needs.
- Validate and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across all dashboards and reports.
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests and provide actionable insights to enable informed decision-making.
- Assist in performance optimization of dashboards and reports for improved end-user experience.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, or a related field
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Power BI for designing and maintaining interactive dashboards
- Proficiency in Tableau or other data visualization tools
- Intermediate skills in data manipulation and reporting using Excel
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases, with the ability to write effective queries to support reporting needs
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and presentation
- Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful visual reports and insights
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related discipline

Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with additional business intelligence or reporting platforms beyond Power BI and Tableau




- Familiarity with cloud data solutions or data warehousing concepts
- Knowledge of data governance or data quality best practices
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or Tableau Desktop Specialist
- Understanding of project management methodologies or experience working in agile environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting requirements
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Collaboration experience in cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in English or other languages for communicating with international stakeholders
