**JOB DESCRIPTION**

File state product listing requests with control state liquor boards, submit price changes, promotional requests, etc. to control state liquor boards, maintain SOPs of control state regulations, monitor and maintain deadline schedules for all filings and submissions, work effectively with all involved parties in order to meet multiple deadlines, maintain in-house database of state brand registrations, provide guidance to clients regarding the listing and product maintenance process, cultivate relationships with state agencies through effective communication, collaborate with broker representatives to support our clients presence in control state markets

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Adept with time management to effectively balance and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong problem solver
- Should have Order Processing Experience
- Experience in receiving and reviewing POs, data entry and verification, inventory management and reconciliation
- English verbal/Written skills B2- C1 (mandatory)
