**About the Role**:
Responsable de desarrollar la estrategia para el canal moderno en cada país,



en línea con los lineamientos del grupo y la estrategia de las categorías; buscando homogeneidad entre países. Responsable del crecimiento del canal en volumen y valor, participación de mercado, trade spend, gross margin y my perfect store.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Implementar la estrategia de las categorías en el canal en los países de LADM

Crear y manejar el grid de actividades (Oracle) para el canal moderno cada uno de los países

Responsable por liderar el proceso de planeación de demanda (S&OP;) en alineación con trade categoría, Marketing y ventas

Controlar y organizar la ejecución del Presupuesto de Trade Marketing el canal (Trade Spend, GM, Promotions)

Desarrollo y ejecusión de MYPS (My perfect store)

**Who we are looking for**:
Profesional en carreras administrativas o afines con el rol, preferiblemente con especialización o maestría.

Experiência igual o superior a 5 años.
