This is a part-time, remote role, approximately 34 hours per week.

Headquartered in Montreal with offices in Toronto, Calgary, Mexico, Colombia, Lebanon, and Ukraine, we are seeking a talented **Logistics Operation Specialist - After Hours** to join our dynamic team in Bogota, Colombia. This is a part-time, remote role, approximately 34 hours per week.

**Your impact**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, customs brokers, internal teams, and clients.
- Negotiate with shippers and carriers to ensure competitive rates.
- Load tracking - monitor pickup and delivery.
- Collaborate with shippers, receivers, carriers,



and customs agents to manage timely pickups, deliveries, and appointments.
- Keep all parties informed about load status.
- Preparation of required shipping documentation
- Accurately enter load data provided by traders and customers.
- Book trucks and request Proof of Delivery (POD) once loads are delivered.
- Negotiating rates with carriers.
- Assist accounting, sales, and other departments with shipment-related inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- College diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, Transportation, international trade or related
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written-spoken). French is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and be able to work with others along with working independently
- Detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task in completing scheduled activities and to meet scheduled deadlines
- Solutions focused, dynamic, team player, problem solving oriented, and self-starter attitude
- Position details: 5pm to 10pm Monday to Friday_, Saturday 8am to 5pm and availability after hours and weekends to resolve any problem or requirement related to the job. _Part time, with an immediate start._
