As a **Growth/Account Manager**, you will oversee and analyze media buying campaigns focused on paid search, aligning with client objectives such as customer acquisition, loyalty/purchase continuity, and lead generation. Your responsibilities will encompass the end-to-end process of paid search ads, from setup and execution to testing and optimization.

**Crafting Campaigns That Captivate**
- Manage the performance of paid media buying campaigns, primarily focused on paid search, including Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
- Execute keyword research, testing, bidding, and other essential aspects of paid search campaigns.
- Oversee end-to-end PPC campaigns, encompassing tasks such as keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance tracking.
- Conduct thorough keyword analysis, continuously refining targeting strategies to maximize campaign efficiency and ROI.
- Proactively identify areas for campaign optimization, including targeting, ad scheduling, ad extensions, and audience segmentation.
- Collect and analyze data, hypothesize and execute tests to continually improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the Landing Page team (when applicable) to strategize and test high-converting landing pages.
- Build reports to transparently collaborate with our clients.

**Requirements**:
**Elevate Your Marketing Mojo**
- Minimum of 2- 4 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- In-depth knowledge of PPC advertising principles, best practices, and industry standards
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience solving complex problems and comfort with ambiguity
- Skilled experience working with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Display ads,



and other search ad platforms
- Familiarity with eCommerce with preferred experience in platform shopping/PMax campaigns and product feeds
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Reporting tools, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work both individually and in a team environment - strong ability to articulate and document analysis findings
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
