**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for Virtual Assistant roles.
- Create job descriptions and post vacancies on relevant job boards and social media channels.
- Facilitate a seamless hiring and onboarding process for newly recruited VAs.
- Maintain an updated talent pipeline to meet business needs efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand role requirements and expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in virtual assistant hiring.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment,



preferably in virtual assistant, freelancers, or remote staffing.
- Strong knowledge of remote hiring platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, and online job portals.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- High level of organization and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic hiring environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in hiring for Tech and non-tech positions.
- Understanding of remote work culture and best practices.
- Proficiency in using AI-driven recruitment tools.
- Strong networking skills to attract top virtual/freelancer talent.
