Under limited supervision
- Perform outbound and inbound prospection, qualifying and preparing sales opportunities.
- Engage in cold calling to targeted account lists generating new leads.
- Qualify prospects and leads based on guidelines and criteria (Marketing Qualified Leads - MQLs).
- Process inbound prospects and leads from all sources of Epson activities.
- Collaborate with product, marketing & sales teams building playbooks, calling guides and lead qualification criteria.
- Keep abreast of product lines and industry trends and inform Epson management what may impact customers purchases.
- Identify and understand customer needs and provide solutions using Epson products, programs and services.
- Manage prospects and leads timely maintaining accurate information, notes, activities, and status.
- Submit weekly reports of activity and calls.
**Principal Skills & Knowledge**
- +2 years of experience working in qualifying leads in contact centers or call centers.
- Advanced Conversational English.
- Strong communication, negotiation and sales skills.
- Motivated person, goal-oriented, and learning-oriented.
- Interested in the technology industry.
- Knowledge of digital tools such as Excel and SalesForce is desirable.
